Registration for the 2015-2016 Season is now live

Registration for the 2015-2016 season is now open.  Forms can be found by signing into your online registration account on the PMHA website.

There has been an increase in ice time fees being charged to PMHA for the upcoming season. In turn the Association has used revenue generated from the Ultimate Minor Sports Gold Rush Draw help offset some of these increased costs.  In addition there has been an increase in registration rates by $10.00 a player to offset the remaining balance.  

Rates for the 2015/2016 are as follows:

1st child - $470
2nd child same family - $410
3rd child same family - $335
4th child same family - $110
1st year initiation - $360

Registration for all players must be completed by September 15^th, 2015 and full payment for all registration costs must be made by September 30^th, 2015.  Late fees of $50 per player will be applied to either missed deadline noted above.   Should registration payments not be received by October 1^st, 2015 players will not be assigned to teams until accounts have been brought up to date.

We are again offering our members the option for pre-authorized debit is on the registration form.  This safe and simple process is completed by inputting your banking info (bank, transit, and account number) into the form.  This information can be found on a cheque or obtained from your bank.  The funds will be withdrawn from your account on your selected day of payment.  Payment date options will consist of August 30^th, September 15^th or September 30th.
