2023-24 Registration rate options and the "Hi 5 for Kids" Gold Rush

The “Hi 5 for Kids” Gold Rush is an association fundraiser that supports Minor Hockey Associations and Charitable Organizations across Prince Edward Island.

Annually, the surplus funds from the “Hi 5 for Kids” Gold Rush lottery are used by the Association to offer a reduced player registration fee. For the 2023-24 season, registration fees are being reduced by $250 for a reduced rate of $450 per player. Without our fundraiser, the 2023-24 single player registration fee would cost $700 per player.

Ongoing support from the Association's membership is key to the success of our fundraiser and the Association's ability to continue to offer reduced registration rates to its members. In exchange for accepting the Association's offer of a reduced registration fee for the 2023-24 season, the Association's membership is advised that the Association may continue with our past practice of periodically updating our fundraiser database from our minor hockey registration database.

Families do have an option to pay the full registration rate of $700 per player and be excluded from any periodic updates that may happen during the 2023-24 season to our fundraiser database.
