SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM OFFERED TO ATOM 'A' TEAMS

All Atom “A” Teams in the Hockey PEI Branch are eligible for the Caravan Kids Sponsorship. As long as each team follows a few simple rules, you will receive a $500.00 sponsorship cheque, issued through Hockey PEI.

You must be a registered Hockey PEI Atom “A” team (male and female).
You must not have a sponsor that is a direct competitor to Chrysler Canada (ie. Ford )
You must have Dodge Caravan Kids sponsor bars/patches sewn on one set of your jerseys (the sponsor bars are provided by Hockey PEI)
The application form (faxed, emailed or mailed) must be received by Hockey PEI no later than December 1, 2014. Any applications received after this date will not be accepted.
A team digital picture, showing the Dodge Caravan Kids sponsor bars and/or a sign and/or a picture at your local dodge dealer, must be emailed to the Hockey PEI Branch office by 5:00 p.m., December 1, 2014. Any pictures received after this date will not be accepted.
