REMINDER - NOTICE OF PMHA ANNUAL MEETING

 
The annual meeting of the Pownal Minor Hockey Association(PMHA) will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 7:30pm at the Pownal Sports Centre Community Room.

A draw for one free minor hockey registration will be done for those members in attendance.

A reminder that there is one vote per family within the Pownal Minor Hockey association and they are eligible to vote at the Annual meeting.  Also, any member holding an executive and/or Director position shall have one vote in addition to the one vote for family.  Please refer to Article 6 of PMHA Constitution and By-laws.

On another note there are many dishes left in the hospitality room from tournaments.  There will be a table set up that night holding these dishes so it would be appreciated if you could pick up your dish or dishes that night.
