These ice times are available to all 2010 and 2011 players who reside in the Pownal and Kings County minor hockey zones.

Conditioning Camp and Tryouts (Phase 1) information is provided below. Register players for the
conditioning camp and/or tryouts by emailing easternexpresshockey@gmail.com. Please provide the following information:

• Name of player
• Date of birth
• Last year’s team
• Position

Please note that no player shall be permitted on the ice until payment is made in full. Payment for
both Conditioning Camp and Tryouts must be Cash paid the first night of each session.

CONDITIONING CAMP
Dates: September 3 – 7
Location: Pownal Sports Centre
Cost: $100.00
Description: Players will be placed into 2 groups with each player receiving 3 ice times. There is an off ice training component to the Conditioning Camp. Players will be provided an opportunity to work through a variety of hockey skills and get some valuable ice time prior to tryouts.

TRYOUTS - PHASE 1
Dates: September 8 - 15
Location: Cavendish Farms Wellness Centre, Montague 
Cost: $100.00
Description: Phase 1 will include a player’s meeting, practices, scrimmages and off-ice fitness. Players will be placed into 2 groups with each player receiving 3 ice times. Players are expected to participate in both on and off-ice sessions. Upon completion of the 3 ice times, a round of selections shall be made.

These players will move on to Phase 2 of the tryouts. Information pertaining to Phase 2 and subsequent phases shall be provided at a later date.
